WTS Nakyea & Adebiyi, formerly known as Nakyea Consult which was established in April, 2004 through the vision of a leading and experienced Tax & Corporate Advisory Consultant from one of the big five leading accounting and management consulting firms in Ghana, provides efficient and effective tax and corporate advisory service to clients.

In June, 2009 Nakyea Consult was admitted a Member of WTS Alliance, a professional cooperation of independent tax firms worldwide, hence the change to WTS Nakyea & Adebiyi, an unlimited liability company. WTS Alliance, to which WTS Nakyea & Adebiyi belongs, is a global network of selected independent tax firms formed in 2003 and has been a trendsetter in establishing a tax-dedicated international network. WTS Alliance, headquartered in Munich, Germany  is currently represented in 23 countries and is growing continuously.
